This gorgeous shirt from 1girl1boy is definately a stand out. They are completely hand dyed right down to 1girl1boy mixing and making their own dyes and a lengthy printing process.
Each shirt is hand dyed using 1girl1boy's own dye recipes and printed using blocks designed & hand. To achieve a soft "hand" to the printed surface water based inks are used. Finally a pretty chickadee is appliquéd on. The appliqué is Ultrasuede that has been block printed, hand cut, & machine sewn.
Each shirt is unique. The block printing process gives the shirts a "handmade" look that is different from traditional silkscreen tees. The character of each print is different. Some may be light, others darker, depending on the material used for the block, amount of ink rolled on the block, & even the pressure used to print.
Due to the handmade nature of our shirts each one will be unique and may not look exactly as pictured.
These shirts are a close fit and tend to run slightly small. If in doubt, please check the measurements below:
Please note the picture shows the design on a cap sleeved shirt. This size is on a Lap Tee, which has an envelope style opening for ease of dressing.
